We Are

Followers of Jesus - the One who is the Way and means of knowing true life. (John 14:6, 17:3: 2 Cor. 4:6)

Rescued from the hopeless despair of our own deceitful heart and bondage to the power of darkness. (Jer. 17:9, Col. 1:13)

Saved from the penalty and power of sin (Rom. 8:1-2; 2 Peter 1:3-4).

Vision

To testify of the power of God to save from lifeless living and destroy the chains and corruption of sin through new life.(Romans 1:16, 8:2; John 5:21,24,40, 17:3)

To behold the light of the gospel of Jesus Christ and reflect it in a dark world by being a living testimony of His power to bring life from what is dead. (Matthew 5:16, 2 Corinthians 4:2-6, 1 John 4:9).

What to Expect

Breaking of Bread: singing hymns acapella, praying, sharing thoughts from Gods Word and taking communion (loaf of bread and wine or juice)

Bible Hour*: hymns accompanied by piano, choruses led by acoustic guitar, a message from the bible for 35-40 min, Sunday School for children

Wednesday night*: open with one hymn, prayer time, 30 min Bible study.

Originally an army barracks at Canadian Forces Base - Chilliwack, the building has strong roots in our community. It was moved to its current location during the late 1950's.
